CIRRELT members have always maintained close ties with industry, and the Centre intends to continue this essential involvement in order to better understand the challenges facing today’s organizations and to test the concepts and tools developed by its researchers.Each industrial sector has its own characteristics, and adapting general design, planning and management concepts to specific needs represents a significant undertaking. To maximize its impact, CIRRELT focuses primarily on sectors that align with its core expertise and play an important role in Quebec’s economy: transportation, distribution, forest products, telecommunications and manufacturing.
